40yd Buddy carry
40yd 2-for-1 broad jumps
40yd Buddy carry
40yd Sprint

Try to find someone of equal body weight for a partner, and ALTERNATE ON BUDDY CARRY’S. Time stops when both people have crossed the finish line!

2-for-1 Broad Jumps: From a standing position, broad jump (with both feet simultaneously), land, then stand. After standing, perform one squat, stand, then broad jump again and so on. Basically, you can not jump again until you perform an air squat.

We will be at the 400m sprint area for this one to allow for plenty of room on the buddy carry’s and sprints.

    Today was light volume but heavy (for me) in the back squat at the end.

    back squat
    1×1 @ 280
    2×2 @ 250

    made all the lifts, failed on the 280 squat. made the first 2 rep @ 250, then missed the 2nd rep in the 2nd set. bar was slipping on my shirt 😛
    going to do the clean and jerks first for the rest of the week. it’s nice being fresh for those. tomorrow is power snatches and power cleans so even better. then thursday is heavy duty day.
