Great job yesterday to all, including Jesse, Damon, Eddie, and Charles for going big with the kettlebells. Jesse and Damon used the new behemoth weighing in at 97lbs, and Eddie and Charles took a swing (hurrr) at the 70lb. Outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!

      Just going to throw this out there… I got a Steriod shot in my heal about 15min before going to the gym(was not totally happy about that). And I did Strict pull ups which slowed me down a bit!

      as ya’ll can tell, i hate loosing lol,,, so I gotta come up with excuses…lol
      I’m so childish :-)

    Today was low volume/lighter weight for lifting. Tomorrow is a rest day, and then Saturday is the big time. just want to get all the lifts
