9 Deadlifts 155/100lbs
12 Pushups
15 Box Jumps 24/18″

OR

FOR MAX REPS:
Max reps of burpees in 1 minute
1 min rest
Max reps of Double unders in 2 minutes
1 min rest
Max reps of wall balls in 3 minutes
1 min rest
Max reps of KB swings in 4 minutes

      At least you can do consecutive double unders… I am still at a single/ double pattern. And for this workout, due to my Achilles STILL hurting, I did singles on one foot 😛
