AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE IN 15 MINUTES:
9 Deadlifts 155/100lbs
12 Pushups
15 Box Jumps 24/18″

OR

FOR MAX REPS:
Max reps of burpees in 1 minute
1 min rest
Max reps of Double unders in 2 minutes
1 min rest
Max reps of wall balls in 3 minutes
1 min rest
Max reps of KB swings in 4 minutes

We did this workout 4/25 so compare your reps.

Due to the number of bars, we will split the group. Whichever one you don’t do today, you will do tomorrow!

    total = 149

    Rafael: 19 – 127 – 54 – 64
    total = 264

    Raul: 21 – 6 – 52 – 69
    total = 148

    Damon: 25 – 98 – 56 – 58
    total = 237

    Andy: 28 – 131 – 58 – 68
    total = 285

    Eddie: 22 – 27 – 55 – 61
    total = 165

    Frank: 21 – 17 – 58 – 53
    total = 149

    all were with the 20lb ball and 53lb kb

    I did the deadlift workout.

    6 rds + 6 pushups

    I had to go to step ups after the first round – achilles still hurts!!

    Chad – 4 rounds + some pushups (I think)

      Note to self! Don’t eat a BK Double Stacker 30min before working out… Didn’t throw up, but stomach cramps were legendary!!!
