This wod is similar to the one that was in the CrossFit games open, but less reps.
BAR FACING BURPEE: Facing the barbell (with load), do a burpee. The jump is a two footed jump over the barbell, then turn around and face the bar for the next burpee. If you don’t have a barbell, use a paralette.
