    Where is everyone??? How did it go today?

    We had a shortened lunch break during class today so no time for the workout. I did a few hill intervals on the treadmill to get in some hill work for Tough Mudder Wisconsin – the course map is making me nervous :)

    Back at work tomorrow – see you all then!!
