 More sprint work today. This is like any other ‘death by …’ wod, add another rep per minute. This wod has 1 rep = to a 10m sprint.
For the record, 10m = 33ft.

As you probably picked up on while browsing the hero wods yesterday, there is no such thing as an easy hero wod!

There were no pictures from yesterday, the camera was in use.

CrossFit HQ WOD:

For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders
