Yesterday was pretty tough and put some people down, but it was great to see everyone go hard. Nice job to Rob for pushing it after a week off!

CrossFit HQ WOD:

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of: 
7 Handstand push-ups
12 L-Pull-ups

    I wanted to do a Hero WOD that used equipment we don’t get to use too often due to large attendance. I did Stephen:

    30-25-20-15-10-5 rep rounds of:
    GHD sit-ups
    Back extensions
    Knees to elbows
    95 pound Stiff legged deadlifts

    I used 70lbs for the deadlifts (2x35lb KBs). Everything else Rx’d
