– Burpees
– Situps
– Sumo Deadlift High-pull

Thank you to everyone who came to the pool party! We had plenty of food, sun, and water and will be doing this again in a couple months, possibly a new location.

        I always make up numbers on situps but I was also happy with my burpees this time.
        Not gonna lie – arms are sore today!!

    231 reps. Hotel gym had a 50# DB that I tied a towel around so I can do the SDHP.

    Did 278 reps with the 70lb kb. Probably would have been more if i paced it but 93 reps on the first round killed me lol :)
