The rep scheme may read funny but it is this: 5 muscle up then 50 double unders, 4 muscle ups then 40 double unders, and so on.

We realize that very few of you can do muscle ups, so they will be scaled. You will do scaled muscle ups, NOT a substition! The trainers on site will guide you through the scaled muscle ups as well as the false grip.
For those that can perform muscle ups, we urge you to do them strict, especially since it’s a low rep count. Test yourself!
Since double unders can not be scaled, substitute with 3x singles if you still struggle with double unders.

Da Vince Gym has 3 sets of rings that can be used at the same time.
