“Fran” is a CF HQ benchmark workout. Standard weight for thrusters in this workout is 95lbs for men and 65lbs for women. We can use the powerblocks, kettlebells, or bars. Scale the weight based upon your abilities/fitness level.

      Is smurple a real color or is it really purple?

        Not a color but there are two purple bands: the large one that would shoot me through the ceiling tiles if I tried to use it for pullups and the small purple one that I use.

        Just like Brad and Angelina = Brangelina
        Small and Purple = smurple
