    Ryan and I did the st. pete smackdown events here. wods are listed on their page:

    first the excuses… my legs are damaged from the last two soccer games, to include both knees, both ankles, and both feet… walking is very painful, and my feet were excrutiating in the 2nd wod. times:

    wod 1 – 365lbs, way way WAY short of my best.

    wod 2 – 12:30

    wod 3 – 16:08, took my sweet time on this one, no hurry.
