    First we did 7×1 front squats, then the wod. We got interrupted in the middle of the wod so we had to pause and move outside because this gym is stupid. Basically, we stopped the clock then moved, then started one round back.

    Everyone did great today even out in the heat!

    I did not do the workout today – resting a sore back that I don’t want to injure any more.

    Did some OH squats and some burpees. The plan is to be back tomorrow!
