7 clapping pushups
7 ring dips
7 ring rows

For those that have not done ring rows, they are basically upside down pushups. Obviously the more parallel your body is to the ground, the harder they will be. Challenge yourself!
Here is a video of various levels of ring rows.
A couple things to remember:
– body is straight and tight
– don’t lead with your hips but also don’t let your hips sag; your body should be in a straight line
