FOR REPS:

1. In 4 minutes, row 750/600m. With remaining time perform as many situps as you can
2. In 4 minutes, row 750/600m. With remaining time perform as many kb swings @ 53/35 lbs as you can
3. In 4 minutes, row 750/600m. With remaining time, perform as many burpees as you can.

Score is total reps of all three exercise completed after the rows.

    83 reps (a lot of these were situps). Rx’d at the girl row and KB weight.

    We ran this in pairs of 2 – when one group got off the rower, the next group jumped on. There was a slight delay for everyone’s second and third round but it seemed the best way to get 7 people through the WOD in a lunch hour!!

    55Reps… PAIN, AGONY, and I believe I might have cried a lil bit between the KB’s and getting back on the rower…

    64 reps for me. I didn’t hear the timer go off during the burpees so after 64 I took one step to the clock and saw it was at zero. Probably was at 62 when it was done.
