    Today Robyn did the benchmark wod as Rx’ed in 7:42. awesome stuff! Will put up newbie pictures later, and a video of her rowing… she happened to row in college so TAKE NOTE on how to properly row! (i’d name names, but it’s pretty much everyone including me too)
