Hooray for burpees!! and double unders!!! If you can do double unders, and by ‘do’ I mean ‘you can do 1 within 5 seconds of the next rep’, then do those double unders!! If you are still on the uncoordinated side, that’s okay don’t get down on yourself, do triple singles instead. That will look like 375-300-225-150-75. NOW…. lets see some smokin’ hot times out of this, it’s only your bodyweight!
SIDE NOTE: For those that are in our February Paleo challenge, how is it coming along? Lets hear some about it! I (Andy) have two people out here that have been doing our Paleo challenge + semi-regular CFCC programming, and one is down to 187lbs from just over 200lbs two weeks ago! The other is also down a lot of weight as well but I don’t have the numbers off hand. I’ll see if they can type up a mid-way review and send it to me, if so then I’ll post them. Keep in mind that their goals are to lose weight and become fitter human beings, and they are taking the right steps!
Melissa is hoping to be at the gym at lunch today. I cannot stay in the afternoon. I will be there both at lunch and in the afternoon on Friday!
