Note:  we have 2, 45lb bars back on the gym.  If you are scaling the weight, feel free to use a kettlebells, a medicine ball or one of the lower bar weights in the gym.

Melissa will be at the gym at lunch as soon as her 1000 meeting is over and she will be there at 1600.

    9:52, for some reason shoulders were thrashed… was pretty proud of my 3:58 1000m row didn’t like it one damn bit….lol, but still pretty proud of it…

    This is a little Off Subject! I’m heading down to Tampa from the 23-28. Just checked Active.com saw that this is Gasparilla Half Marathon Weekend… Figured i’d sign up! Is anybody else doing it? Want to meet up?

    Quick note, that rusty looking bar in the gym is 50lbs. the black one is 45lbs
