20 inch Box jump, 50 reps
Rope climb, 5 ascents
1.5 pood Kettlebell swing, 50 reps
50 sit-ups
40 pound dumbbell Hang power clean, 50 reps
800 meter Run
50 Back extensions

    Nice, How did you like it…. Think its a good pre-curser to the Super Spartan… Are you ready for 8+ miles of mud and obsticles?

    I loved it!!!! Now looking forward to the Super Spartan – just need to up my running over the next few months. Pics on Facebook and I will add a few here.

    I think all races should have mud and obstacles :) Much more fun!
