20 Pullups
30 Pushups
40 Situps
50 Squats

Post your individual round times to the comments.

Best idea is to use two stopwatches, or if you only have one, start and stop it right away and record your time. This is the last wod to a big week, finish strong!

    4:00/4:30/4:45/4:40/3:34. Killed the last round.

      yeah holy crap you smoked it pretty good!

      i was drained from the start so the times are real slow, will post later

        I have been drained all week. Did filthy fifty then later that afternoon, I did unit PT. We did 10 lungewalk steps and 10 broad jumps alternating for 100m then run back and do 20 pushups and 30 sit ups for 4 rounds. My hamstrings and glutes are sore.

    I knew after the first round that today, this was not to be. Typically won’t hit 3 minutes until the third round
