    I did yesterday’s workout but modified….
    Peyton (4 year old) insisted on doing this workout with me so after round 1 when she couldn’t keep up on the run, I carried her on my back for the next 9 sprints. She also jumped on my back for a few burpees – that made it interesting!

    And, Peyton insisted on wearing my CFCC t-shirt for this one – down to her knees 😛
