200 Situps
300 Squats
1 Mile run

Looks like Murph, but changed a bit since most everyone will be at home and without a pullup bar. IF YOU WANT TO DO THE ACTUAL HERO WOD ‘MURPH’, go right ahead! It looks like this:

1 Mile run
100 Pullups
200 Pushups
300 Squats
1 Mile run

For either one, do all the reps in a row and not broken up into rounds.

And have a nice thanksgiving!!!

    equipment-less Murph in 41:04

    did it on a trail, first mile in five-fingers, second barefoot. my legs are kinda tired… stomach was screaming during the situps. kinda miss the abmat :)

    I did this one today (Friday) – equipment less Murph in 49m55s. Did this next to a golf course – i think the golfers thought i was crazy 😛
