5 Kettlebell swings @ 53/35lbs
10 Pushups
15 Box jumps @ 18/12″

    the bad news… very hot – sunny – tar smell from the construction site….

    the good news… all pushups done properly – no knees – Yay!!

    18rds + 1 box jump, 53lbs 18″ yada yada… this workout kills my low back for some reason, but i never got out of breath so that’s good. One round short of my best though
