    8 rounds, 2 lungewalk steps – 53lb KB

    Suprisingly, the lungewalk steps were the hardest part – lots of leg work this week!!

    8:09 with 95lbs today, the last time i did that one was somewhere around 11 minutes i think, but it was after 30 muscle ups and 1rm clean and jerks. so i’m somewhat happy with today’s time but a low 7 minute time is more ideal with a good warmup.

    First time for me. 12:39 as Rx’d. Was a little sore from last night though. 15-10-5 strict pullups and handstand pushups.
