    7:54, my squats are so bad though.

    Jesse and I were going for 100m row sprint times again, we did a 15.6 and a 15.5 … the damper on 10 seems to be faster even though it’s a much harder pull. Maybe instead of simulating a larger boat, the higher damper setting simulates longer oars? that would probably explain the speed difference… and the projected 500m split on my 15.5 run was 1:17 :) but the day I row a sub 1:20 500m is the day i rule the world.
