5 ROUNDS FOR TIME:

10 Handstand pushups
20 Good mornings @ 53/35lbs

There’s a high chance that no one at CrossFit Centcom can do real handstand pushups, but we can all do them scaled with the plyo boxes (and we’ll finally get to use the 36″ box!). These are not meant to be elevated pushups, rather, they are inverted presses (yes, you will be upside down).
For the good mornings, lay the kettlebell on your upper back and focus on full range of motion.

    16:46, scaled the hspu’s with the 36″ box, and with a 53lb kettlebell.

    arms were wrecked, hams are still wrecked, hooray

    Arms were tired from yesterday so this one was tough. Scaled the hspu on a 24″ box. Going to have to see my time on the whiteboard pic – was too tired to remember it 21m something…. 😛
