5 ROUNDS FOR TIME:

10 Kettlebell swings @ 70/53/35lbs
20 Double unders

Post your time and weight used to the comments.

Today is a good day to go heavier than you normally do! If you usually would use the 35lb’er and 53 seems like it’s just too much, try the 45lb kettlebell :) Also, no subbing singles for double unders.
Also, don’t forget about that vest!

    4:53 with a 70lb kettlebell and 38lb vest.
    Starting to like doing double unders with the vest… makes it very taxing and requires real good technique

    7:25 with a 45lb Kettlebell. Double unders were pretty easy. I got my second set of injections in my back today. If my foot and leg are still numb next week, they aren’t going to give me the third set. They are going to do surgery. Doc told me that I herniated the L4 and L5 discs really bad. But…….I’M BACK INTO CROSSFIT!!!!!!!!!! IT’S BEEN TOO LONG.
