AT THE MACDILL AFB GYM @ 1110hrs:

5 Rounds for time:
10 Push presses @ 95/65lb
10 Pullups
10 Knees-to-elbows

If your push press turns into a push jerk towards the end of the workout, no big deal just keep going!

For those staying at Da Vince Gym, complete Monday’s workout if you haven’t already done it. If you have, do the ‘big gym’ wod but with 2x 35lb kettlebells.

    Today’s WOD @ 75lbs somewhere between 12-15 minutes. Good times! Glad to finally be able to work out again!

    I’m on Ft. Sam Houston in San Antonio for a few days. We are staying right by Brooke Army Medical Center where a lot of the severely wounded are sent. Saw an amputee yesterday (full leg) walking out of the building on his prosthetic leg proudly sporting his CrossFit t-shirt!

      one of these days we’ll have shirts. I am thinking I may just some simple shirts printed up with various stuff, catchy phrases and things.
