Also some news, the weighted vest (when fully loaded with all 12 bricks) weighs 38lbs. So if you’ve done a wod this month with it already, congratulations, you did it with a vest 2x as heavy as prescribed!

    13:41 with a 53lb KB and a 24″ box… and the vest!!! That friggin’ vest makes every workout feel like I just started CrossFit again. great stuff. It did make the overhead lungewalks really really hard.

    Going to do the workout again without the vest after work to see the difference.
