10 Kettlebell situps LEFT HAND @ 35/18lbs
10 Kettlebell Overhead lungewalk steps RIGHT HAND @ 35/18lbs
10 Kettlebell situps RIGHT HAND @ 35/18lbs

The overhead lungewalks will not be like before, today the kettlebell will be inverted in a balance instead of the normal way of hanging from the handle. The situps will be performed with a straight arm and the kettlebell hanging from the hand (not inverted). Lay on your back with your arm pressed out over you, and sit up into an overhead position.

    16:22 with a 35lb kettlebell. Had a ridiculously hard time trying to balance that thing with my left hand… those situps are awesome though! we’ll be seeing them again.
