A lot of us are running in the Tampa Zoo Run tomorrow morning as part of the September challenge. If you haven’t completed the challenge yet, show up tomorrow and register on the spot and run with us! If you are definitely running tomorrow, go ahead and take a rest day today… and by rest day I mean practice your f*&#ing double unders.
