Overhead squats

Post your weight used for each set, failed or not.

For those that are staying at Da Vince Gym, complete the following:

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Squats

Post your total rounds and leftover reps to the comments.

    Real hard on the wrists once the weight went above 100. First time doing ‘heavy’ overhead squats… more of a balance exercise right now
