Double unders

Post your time to the comments.

If you can’t do double unders, do triple single unders, i.e. 150-120-90-60-30. If you have done this wod before and want to see if you have improved from last time, do it the same way you did it last time. For instance, if your feet were anchored last time, anchor your feet this time. Get a new best today!

CrossFit HQ WOD

Complete five rounds of:
On the rings, lower from an inverted hang, slowly, with straight body and arms, 7 reps
15 Ring Push-ups
Move SLOWLY and methodically attempting perfect execution. Ideally this is done with two pairs of rings – one pair hung app. 8′ off the ground and the second 4″ off the ground.

If anyone wants to try this, say so!

    5:30 today, missed a couple double unders due to space constraints. also messed up the situps and did 50-40-20-30-10. still dropped 16 seconds though.

    First time doing this one with single unders (did box jump overs last time) – haven’t graduated to double unders yet.
    7:50 today and happy with that
