Starting this month, there will be monthly CrossFit CENTCOM challenges. If you look at the sidebar, you will see a link to the ‘monthly challenge’ page where they will be listed.
This months challenge is to register for a local race – minimum distance is 5k – and run it. Where you place does not matter, just go out and run it the best you can and most importantly meet some people who have made running their sport and pick their brains! Maybe you will learn something
