AT THE MACDILL AFB GYM @ 1110hrs

Cleans

Post the weight for each set in the comments, failed or not.

Ground to the front rack position without the barbell stopping inbetween. If you let go of the bar or regrip for more than a few seconds in your set of 3, it will be a failed set but mark the weight anyways.  Cleans will be taught and explained at the gym if you are not familiar with the movement.

7 Hang Powercleans @ 95lbs
10 Sumo deadlift high pulls @ 95lbs

    why can i get 200 3 times but not 205 once. i don’t get it

    I missed you all at the gym today. Stayed back and rowed a 5K instead! I think my time was 25m29s – it is written down at work….
