New exercises for the win!!! Outside Da Vince Gym where the trucks are parked are markings (black and yellow caution tape) for 50 yards. This is where we will do the workout.
The farmers walk is basically carrying a heavy load in each hand a set distance. This is a perfect exercises for the CrossFit foundation of moving large loads long distances quickly.
Each person will start with two kettlebells. On 3-2-1-GO!, perform the 10 swings and 25 squats, then grab both the kettlebells and walk the 50 yards. After you get to the end of the 50yds, drop a kettlebell and then start another round.

If anyone wants to give the 10 minute rock ring workout challenge a try, go ahead and test your grip strength! Complete the workout with a witness present for proof of standards of movement, and you can put your name up on the board as COMPLETED! Don’t forget, no thumbs allowed!! 😀
