Saturday 14 August – Rest Day


Finally a day off. Today starts Andy’s two-day level 1 certification training at BGI CrossFit in West Palm Beach, FL at their south location: I’ll be taking plenty of notes and pictures! Thanks for all the support!!!

Grab a broomstick or something similar and work on your jerks as well as overhead squats.
