"Eight-year-olds, dude.."

For those that like to get sweaty regardless of the day, the CrossFit HQ WOD is as follows:


For time:
100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats

This wod is not to be broken up, i.e. 10 rounds of 10, 5 rounds of 20, etc. All movements and reps are performed in order as posted. Post your time in the comments section!

    Well I couldn’t help it. Wound up doing more tabata double unders, this time it was 32 rounds of 30/15. The only unbroken round was the first one… the buddy lee rope is so tiring!
    For anyone who is trying to increase their double under strength, DO THIS. but maybe with a 20/10 work/rest scheme, and start with 16 rounds.
